A start has been made on "50 footer",but Christmas and the flu have got in the way a tad!
We have a plan, (many plans) it is coming together but a little more slowly than we envisaged back in November.
Our new studio is ace if a bit bloody cold!
The walls are covered in storyboards and excitement is near fever pitch.
Other things :
* We have applied for "Puppets about; puppetry residency"
Would LOVE to get this, it would really mean we are going somewhere and are being taken seriously.Not only would it take Croon into a world of professionalism but the space and time to experiment and develop , especially in Object theatre would be very exciting and satisfying.
*Em is attending " applied puppetry symposium" at little Angel at end of January. Ideas for puppetry for kids with SEN - especially autism: a puppet show that explores everyday routines and social skills perhaps?
*We are both doing a puppetry workshop with Gavin Glover ( from Faulty Optic) as part of London mime fest.
So, apart from the flu - it's all go really.
